El martes 11 de enero, el Pleno de la Asamblea continuará con la sesión 78, para votar el proyecto de Ley Orgánica de Educación Intercultural Bilingüe.
El oficialismo contaría con los 63 votos necesarios para aprobar el cuerpo legal que incluye un nuevo escalafón para el magisterio fiscal. Solo en su bancada y aliados supera las 57 adhesiones.
Aunque el MPD- Pachakutik se mantienen opuestos. Piden pago retroactivo de jubilaciones y un subsistema de educación intercultural, entre otros puntos.
Antes de someter a votación esta propuesta, el Pleno tratará tres proyectos de resolución.
Uno para lograr que se entreguen los nombramientos a los docentes a contrato.
Otro para exhortar al Jefe de Estado a declarar el estado de excepción en Tungurahua y otros lugares afectados por los procesos eruptivos del volcán que da nombre a esta provincia.
Y el tercero para condenar el reclutamiento de niños por cualquier fuerza irregular extranjera.

Interculturalidad y plurinacionalidad.- Que orientan hacia la construcción de una sociedad plurinacional e intercultural. Se garantiza a los actores del Sistema el conocimiento, el reconocimiento, el respeto, la valoración, la recreación de las diferentes nacionalidades, culturas y pueblos que conforman el Ecuador y el mundo; así como sus saberes ancestrales, propugnando la unidad en la diversidad, propiciando el diálogo intercultural e intracultural, y propendiendo a la valoración de las formas y usos de las diferentes culturas que sean consonantes con los derechos humanos.

Personal Opnion:
I think is very important the education, especially in a country that is in routes of development. The education in academic aspects are complemented with values, this is what determine a person in the future.
Talking about the article I think that everything could be done if the government destinate money for education, they may see where are the areas that need more the attention. I think that is better to build big school that is going to supply the necesaties in the actually and in the future, because if the communities or towns grow a little school wouldn´t be enough.
Something that also is important is that the teachers will be qualified and satisfied with their job, if the school is always changing of teachers or they only have one teacher for all the subjects the results wouldn´t be the expected. They may raise the salaries of the teachers.
The law has to be fullfied but for that some factors has to be seen, I expect the Assambly look that.

Although there is an oposition by mpd and Pachacutic it will be the vote to approve the bilingual intercultural law. I think it’s good that before voting on this proposal, the Pleno will do tree projects of resolution. The three projects are important because in the first case there will be greater stability in terms of teachers, in the second case, it could be achieve to a greater collaboration and more efficient aid to towns and sites that have been most affected by eruptive processes. The third case will prevent children from being taken by foreign forces to enlist in the military. This will aid in the process do not support the guerrillas that Colombia remains.
